Autonomía estratégica en un mundo multipolar: más allá del prisma europeo

En un escenario internacional fragmentado y multipolar, la autonomía estratégica emerge como una respuesta clave de los Estados frente a dinámicas globales líquidas e inciertas. Este artículo tiene como objetivo analizar las interpretaciones de la autonomía estratégica desarrolladas por la Unión Europea, India, Turquía y Corea del Sur, identificando sus particularidades y líneas de acción. La investigación adopta una metodología cualitativa-comparativa, basada en el análisis doctrinal y de los discursos estratégicos de cada actor. Los hallazgos revelan que, aunque el concepto tiene origen europeo, ha sido adaptado por otros Estados a sus respectivos contextos geopolíticos, lo que les permite gestionar sus relaciones con las grandes potencias sin perder capacidad de decisión. Este enfoque de las relaciones internacionales constituye un marco flexible y útil para los Estados que buscan preservar su soberanía y fortalecer su presencia en un entorno global en constante cambio, lo cual también podría resultar relevante para América Latina.
